VA/Client Relationship Coaching

***All programs are customized based on clients’ needs and knowledge***

Program #1- Am I A Fit for Virtual Assistance?

This coaching program is specifically designed for business owners who know they need support or have been encouraged by a trusted colleague or advisor that they need a VA. The business owner is working too hard and not growing enough. Often this potential VA client has no idea what a VA is, what they do, how to partner with them, etc.

In this program we will discuss in depth the business owner’s strengths, weaknesses, personality and styles of communication and management. We may also desire to interview the business owner’s staff or those he or she is closest to. After the above information is gleaned we will know if the business owner is a good fit for a VA. If this is the case, due to our network, we may know VAs who would be a good fit for the business owner and if so will connect the VAs and business owner to each other.

Program #2- Back to the Drawing Board

This coaching program is specifically designed for business owners who previously partnered with a VA and the relationship was not a good fit.

Typically this can be due to one or the following combination of factors:

  • •Lack of communication
  • •VA did not have appropriate skills
  • •Personality conflicts
  • •Trust issues
  • •Client’s previous VA was new and client needs a veteran VA
  • •Client didn’t understand how to work with a VA
  • •VA, client or both were not open to constructive criticism and/or change
  • •Client prefers an employee – supervisor relationship

In this program we will delve into what happened in the previous VA/client relationship. After listening and asking questions a determination will be made why the relationship didn’t work and potential solutions will be offered. If the business owner is a good fit to partner with a VA we may connect them to those in our network who may be a fit.

You may be a fit for VA Client Relationship Coaching if you:

  • Desire to learn the nuances of the virtual assistance industry
  • Desire to grow both professionally and personally and will embrace constructive criticism
  • Are…
    • Open-minded and willing to:
